Before you upload the photo of the person you want to remember please make sure that:

• the image is at least 200 Pixels hight.
• the photo should be a portrait of the deceased person
• the image has a maximum size of 5 megabytes (MB)
• the image format is: png, jpg, jpeg, gif, tif, tiff

If you don't have a proper image to upload you can send us a Photo by Email or regular post. We will do the art work for you. Please send the photo by Email to info(at)ecoeternity.com or physically to the following postal address:
